What is Proposition 65?
Proposition 65 is a law that applies to any company that operates, sells products, or manufactures products that may be sold in or brought in to California. Companies are required to provide a warning for any product that contains or may contain any of 800-plus chemicals from the list administered by
the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA).
